History Of Ayurveda 

      Ayurveda has been originated as an oral tradition around at 6,000 BCE. The concept of Ayurveda has existed during the time of  Indus Valley Civilization. The Vedas Was The first recorded forms of Ayurveda as medical texts evolved According to modern Ayurvedic sources.

         An Ayurveda physician Charaka is known as the father of Ayurveda. He added his own understand compilation of Agnivesa Samhita during BC 300. Later, it was known as Charaka Samhita. He is referred to as the father of Indian Medicine due to his efforts.
         Ayurveda is described in a Veda which was found in 4,000-year- ago and now it is found to be extinct. Hittite and Hurrian languages in Turkey and in India it is found in the Sanskrit language. The  Atharva Veda or the Charaka Samhita was A classic Ayurvedic text that parallels the time frame. It was written around 1000 BCE in the Indus Valley area.
          In India, Ayurveda has originated almost 5000 years ago when the Vedas introduced its concept. Once there were 18 families in Kerala who practiced Ashtvaidyans. meditation and individualized diets — are therefore aimed at keeping a person healthy and keep safe from disease.
